Daniel Pink: Drive

I am currently reading Daniel Pink’s latest book, Drive, and I am intrigued with the information he presents regarding motivation of professionals and how it runs contrary to what many believe, including those making decisions regarding education reform.  E. Matsuda, a student in my graduate leadership course, posted a short video which I share below.  It’s enlightening and worthy of discussion among leaders.  I encourage you to read the book, watch the video, and share your thoughts and comments here.
